When is the best time to apply the protector?
While you can apply scotch guard to carpets at any time. However the preferred method is to apply it right after steam cleaning.

What does it protect against?
Helps protect against normal wear and tear, coffee, soft drinks & food spills. It doesn’t protect against pet urine. Certain red wines will cause steins, but Scotchgard will reduce the appearance of stain lightening the spot.

How long does it take for it to set?
